We are pleased to offer an exciting new opportunity for smaller groups and individuals to enrol in our upcoming ACAT sessions.
These sessions, traditionally booked by mid to large workplaces, are now available to those who may not have previously had access due to budget constraints and low numbers.
Our first session for small groups and individuals will be held at the Wanyaari offices in Geelong on October 9th, 2024, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, providing an inclusive and accessible learning environment for all.

Meet your expert trainer
Amelia "Milly" Livesey, a proud Taungurung, Yorta Yorta, Wemba Wemba, Barapa Barapa, and Wiradjuri woman, has called Wadawurrung Country home for 16 years. Currently undertaking a Bachelor of Arts with majors in English Literature and History, Milly is driven by her passion for Indigenous storytelling and her commitment to reshaping historical narratives through an Indigenous lens. She firmly believes in the importance of telling history from an Indigenous perspective, actively working towards reclaiming narratives and ensuring that Indigenous voices are not only heard but celebrated. Milly believes that understanding history through the lens of Indigenous experiences is paramount to building a more inclusive and accurate portrayal of our shared past.

This specific session is strictly in person as we encourage face-to-face participation for a more immersive experience. However, we offer a half-day online version of the training, which is condensed to suit the virtual environment (join our mailing list and we'll notify you when booking open for the online sessions).

To ensure an engaging and interactive experience, our training sessions are capped at 20 participants. This allows for meaningful discussions and personalised attention from the facilitators.
